When I heard that another movie on the Tuskegee Airmen was being produced I was a little skeptical. When I heard that it would be produced by a large production company (larger than HBO), I was more skeptical. But then I saw the movie, and my skepticism was authenticated. A movie that had so much going for it, love for one’s country, history, and social impact, was perverted by sub par acting. A “somewhat” big name cast did not bring their B game. For a movie that supposedly took over 10 years to make (says George Lucas), one would have thought that the writing and directing would have been more groomed. Point blank, the movie was a disappointment. Miracle at St. Anna was waaaay better. 820
